SHIPPING PROCESS 

Domestic orders shipped via USPS: once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), LILI MARTINI JEWELRY cannot provide estimated delivery date information of your package.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or text notifications regarding the status of your package:

1. Your package tracking number. 

2. Your package is out for delivery. 

3. Your package has arrived. 

PLESE NOTE: If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 72 hours (of your order being placed), or if you have any other question related to you order please contact us at via email: customerservice@lilimartinijewelry.com.

 

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGED OR LOST 

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately LILI MARTINI JEWELRY cannot be held responsible.

Please ensure your address is correct other wise it could result in a lost package. If the package is RETURNED TO THE SENDER (Lili Martini Jewelry  Warehouse) due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer shall be responsible to pay the shipping again.

If a package has been DELIVERED to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, LILI MARTINI JEWELRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery. 

NOTE: The tracking number will provide information if the package was indeed dropped off at address entered at checkout.

If the package is LOST IN TRANSIT, it will be the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
