RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 
 
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or exchange for other item (WE DO NOT OFFER MONEY BACK).
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging within 14 days of your delivery date.
Shipping charges are not applied to store credit (non-refundable). You are responsible for the charges to/from on orders that need to be exchanged.
Custom made pieces, sale items, and wholesale orders are excluded from this return/exchange policy and therefore CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
When Sending Back For Store Credit or Exchange make sure to:
1. Start your return by sending an email at customerservice@lilimartinijewelry.com. 
2. Send your package back to us and provide a tracking number for proof of shipment.
3. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at customerservice@lilimartinijewelry.com. Please let us know the item you'd like instead and we will arrange payment adjustments accordingly. 
Store Credit
Store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card code to the email address provided at the time of purchase (there is not restoking fee). Use the store credit like cash for any item(s) on our website www.lilimartinijewelry.com.
